After working at several small and large IT companies, we realized that most companies faced difficulties in project management, in particular, synchronous management of effort and human resources. From such need, we have built an internal management system that follows the principle “Digital transformation for ourselves before customers”.
We have conceptualized and implemented a management system for small and medium-sized IT companies, then scaled up the initiative to larger businesses.
Apart from basic information, the system also records employees’ skills.
Effort management module: The system helps businesses’ effort management be more centralized. It can also analyze and report on the status of each employee in different projects.
Assignment management module: When an employee participates in different projects in different periods, the module makes managing assignments more accurate and updated.
Increase work efficiency: The internal human resource management system helps organizations enhance processes and technologies to optimize personnel management and operations. This can lead to increased employee productivity and enhanced overall organizational efficiency.
