To collect customers’ information and create personalized ads, we have developed an application to help manage promotions and coupons for customers who are members of a major mall.
To help a major Japanese commercial center connect and increase interaction with their customers, we were asked to develop an application that allows easy access to information about the mall and the stores inside, as well as promotions and points they have earned there.
We have researched and developed a loyalty app with features as below:
For users:
_Can easily search for information about stores, products, parking location, and opening hours of stores.
_Search for real-time promotions.
For stores and the mall:
_Can post and update information about the business, products, and promotions, create coupons and send notifications to customers via the app.
Integrating reward points in the application is a cost-saving method that helps increase customers’ loyalty to the stores.
Effective Promotion Program Management: The application allows commercial centers to manage promotion programs accurately and efficiently. This includes creating promotional schedules, defining rules and conditions of application, monitoring performance, and evaluating results.
